ALEX (&#x159;ada 183), Slovenske &#x17E;eleznice (&#x159;ada 541), PKP Intercity (&#x159;ada EU44), &#x10C;esk&#xE9; dr&#xE1;hy aj. Poprv&#xE9; byla lokomotiva p&#x159;edstavena ve&#x159;ejnosti 31. b&#x159;ezna 2005 v Mnichov&#x11B;.</p><p></p><p><strong>&#xD6;BB 1216 Taurus 3</strong></p><p></p><p>V &#x159;&#xED;jnu 2003 zm&#x11B;nily &#xD6;BB objedn&#xE1;vku na posledn&#xED;ch 68 lokomotiv &#x159;ady 1116 (typ ES64U2) na 50 lokomotiv zdokonalen&#xE9; verze, kter&#xE9; budou moci b&#xFD;t provozov&#xE1;ny i na syst&#xE9;mu 3 kV ss. &#xD6;BB pl&#xE1;novaly jejich nasazen&#xED; zejm&#xE9;na v It&#xE1;lii a ve Slovinsku. Lokomotivy byly podle specifikac&#xED; vybaveny p&#x159;&#xED;slu&#x161;n&#xFD;mi typy sb&#x11B;ra&#x10D;&#x16F;, vlakov&#xFD;ch zabezpe&#x10D;ova&#x10D;&#x16F; a r&#xE1;di&#xED;, tzv. n&#xE1;rodn&#xED;mi bal&#xED;&#x10D;ky:</p><p>1216 001-025 jako varianta A pro Rakousko, N&#x11B;mecko, It&#xE1;lii a Slovinsko</p><p>1216 141-150 jako varianta B pro Rakousko, N&#x11B;mecko a Slovinsko</p><p>1216 226-240 jako varianta C pro Rakousko, N&#x11B;mecko, &#x10C;esko a Slovensko</p><p>Kv&#x16F;li zpo&#x17E;d&#x11B;n&#xED; ve schvalovac&#xED;m procesu pro p&#x159;ipu&#x161;t&#x11B;n&#xED; na &#x10D;eskou a slovenskou &#x17E;elezni&#x10D;n&#xED; s&#xED;&#x165; byly stroje 1216 227&#x2013;231 p&#x159;estav&#x11B;ny na variantu B a v dubnu 2007 p&#x159;ezna&#x10D;eny na 1216 127&#x2013;131. Ve stejn&#xE9;m m&#x11B;s&#xED;ci byl stroj 1216 232 p&#x159;estav&#x11B;n na variantu A a p&#x159;ezna&#x10D;en na 1216 032. Tento stroj byl pou&#x17E;it pro schvalovac&#xED; proces &#x2013; pro j&#xED;zdy rychlost&#xED; do 200 km/h v It&#xE1;lii.</p><p>Od GVD 2007 za&#x10D;aly tyto stroje v r&#xE1;mci zku&#x161;ebn&#xED;ho provozu zaj&#xED;&#x17E;d&#x11B;t do &#x10C;esk&#xFD;ch Bud&#x11B;jovic a do Brna. V &#x10D;ervnu 2008 byla varianta C schv&#xE1;lena s ur&#x10D;it&#xFD;mi omezen&#xED;mi pro provoz na s&#xED;ti S&#x17D;. Dne 27. &#x159;&#xED;jna 2008 dojel poprv&#xE9; stroj t&#xE9;to &#x159;ady vlastn&#xED; silou a&#x17E; do Prahy, byl to 1216 239 v &#x10D;ele vlaku 573. Jeho nasazen&#xED; pak pokra&#x10D;ovalo na vlac&#xED;ch Ex 573 / 572 / 579 / 578 do 18. listopadu, od 11. listopadu p&#x159;e&#x161;el na tra&#x165; Praha &#x2013; D&#x11B;&#x10D;&#xED;n. Od GVD 2009 pak byly lokomotivy &#x159;ady 1216 nasazeny v b&#x11B;&#x17E;n&#xE9;m provozu na vlac&#xED;ch EC mezi Prahou a V&#xED;dn&#xED;. P&#x159;&#xED;m&#xE9; vozb&#x11B; d&#xE1;le do N&#x11B;mecka v&#x161;ak br&#xE1;nily probl&#xE9;my s p&#x159;ejezdem &#x10D;esko-n&#x11B;meck&#xE9; hranice, kter&#xE9; se poda&#x159;ilo vy&#x159;e&#x161;it a&#x17E; o rok pozd&#x11B;ji. Vzhledem k &#xFA;vra&#x165;ov&#xFD;m j&#xED;zd&#xE1;m mezin&#xE1;rodn&#xED;ch vlak&#x16F; p&#x159;es pra&#x17E;sk&#xE9; hlavn&#xED; n&#xE1;dra&#x17E;&#xED; nen&#xED; moment&#xE1;ln&#x11B; pot&#x159;eba jejich nasazen&#xED; sm&#x11B;rem do N&#x11B;mecka.</p><p></p><p><strong>Rychlostn&#xED; rekord</strong></p><p></p><p>Dne 2. z&#xE1;&#x159;&#xED; 2006 ustanovila lokomotiva 1216 050 (tehdy je&#x161;t&#x11B; ve stavu Siemens, dnes &#xD6;BB 1216 025) nov&#xFD; rychlostn&#xED; rekord elektrick&#xFD;ch lokomotiv. D&#x16F;vod vy&#x159;azen&#xED; z provozu je kv&#x16F;li &#x161;patn&#xE9;mu chov&#xE1;n&#xED; bezpe&#x10D;nostn&#xED;ch prvk&#x16F;. Celkov&#xE1; hodnota cel&#xE9; zak&#xE1;zky na v&#xFD;robu jednotek &#x10D;inila 1,039 miliardy korun, soupravy v hodnot&#x11B; 986 milion&#x16F; by m&#x11B;li b&#xFD;t dod&#xE1;ny na ja&#x159;e 2021. 12. prosince 2021 vyjel cvi&#x10D;n&#x11B; jeden vlak. Postupem &#x10D;asu se provoz roz&#x161;&#xED;&#x159;il na t&#x159;i soupravy denn&#x11B;. Tyto jednotky (push-pully) dr&#xE1;hy provozuj&#xED; spole&#x10D;n&#x11B; s lokomotivou &#x159;ady 750.7 (reko Brejlovec) do doby, dokud nebude elektrifikovan&#xE1; tra&#x165;.</p><h3 id="vyj%C3%A1d%C5%99en%C3%AD-%C4%8Dd">Vyj&#xE1;d&#x159;en&#xED; &#x10C;D:<br></h3><p>V r&#xE1;mci testov&#xE1;n&#xED; jednotek push-pull ve spojen&#xED; s &#x159;adou 750.7 bylo zaznamen&#xE1;no nestandartn&#xED; chov&#xE1;n&#xED; bezpe&#x10D;nostn&#xED;ch prvk&#x16F;, kter&#xE9; by v ur&#x10D;it&#xFD;ch momentech dovolily rozjezd vlaku s otev&#x159;en&#xFD;mi dve&#x159;mi.</p><p>Jedn&#xE1; se o situaci, kdy nap&#x159;. cestuj&#xED;c&#xED; dob&#xED;h&#xE1; vlak a vb&#x11B;hne do zav&#xED;raj&#xED;c&#xED;ch se dve&#x159;&#xED;, nebo kdy cestuj&#xED;c&#xED; zav&#xED;raj&#xED;ce se dve&#x159;e p&#x159;idr&#x17E;&#xED; (um&#xED;st&#xED; p&#x159;ek&#xE1;&#x17E;ku do dve&#x159;&#xED; a jin&#xE9;). Na to syst&#xE9;m reaguje a dve&#x159;e a&#x17E; 3x uvoln&#xED;. Pokud se p&#x159;ek&#xE1;&#x17E;ka po t&#x159;ech pokusech st&#xE1;le nach&#xE1;z&#xED; ve dve&#x159;&#xED;ch, syst&#xE9;m nech&#xE1; dve&#x159;e otev&#x159;en&#xE9; a zav&#x159;&#xED;t se daj&#xED; pomoc&#xED; p&#x159;&#xED;kazu strojvedouc&#xED;ho, nebo p&#x159;i rychlosti nad 5km/h.</p><p>S v&#xFD;robcem jednotky (&#x160;koda Plze&#x148;) tuto chybu &#xA0;ji&#x17E; &#x159;e&#x161;&#xED;me. M&#xE1; p&#x159;ezd&#xED;vku &#x201E;potkan&#x201C;, &#x201E;krysa&#x201C;, &#x201E;gorila&#x201C;, &#x10D;i p&#x159;&#xED;padn&#x11B; &#x201E;ban&#xE1;n&#x201C; (podle dnes ji&#x17E; zanikaj&#xED;c&#xED;ho zeleno-kr&#xE9;mov&#xE9;ho n&#xE1;t&#x11B;ru). Tato lokomotiva o v&#xFD;konu 4000 kW a vybaven&#xE1; odporovou regulac&#xED; je ur&#x10D;ena pro vozbu t&#x11B;&#x17E;k&#xFD;ch rychl&#xED;k&#x16F; na syst&#xE9;mu stejnosm&#x11B;rn&#xE9;ho nap&#x11B;t&#xED; 3kV. Do prosince 2013 byla tato lokomotivn&#xED; &#x159;ada dislokov&#xE1;na v DKV Praha, PJ Praha-Vr&#x161;ovice. Nyn&#xED; v&#x161;ak ji&#x17E; jezd&#xED; pod hlavi&#x10D;kou DKV Olomouc, PJ Bohum&#xED;n.</p><p><strong>Modernizace:</strong></p><p>Prvn&#xED; zrychlen&#xED; lokomotiv &#x159;ady 150 prob&#x11B;hlo v roce 1992 na z&#xE1;klad&#x11B; po&#x17E;adavku V&#xFD;zkumn&#xE9;ho &#xFA;stavu &#x17E;elezni&#x10D;n&#xED;ho. P&#x159;i n&#x11B;m byl pouze upraven p&#x159;evodov&#xFD; pom&#x11B;r, dosazeny tlumi&#x10D;e vrtiv&#xFD;ch pohyb&#x16F; a dal&#x161;&#xED; za&#x159;&#xED;zen&#xED; pot&#x159;ebn&#xE1; pro provoz rychlost&#xED; 160 km/h. A&#x17E; pozd&#x11B;ji byla upraven&#xE1; lokomotiva 150.020 p&#x159;ezna&#x10D;ena na &#x159;adu 151. V t&#xE9; dob&#x11B; se v&#x161;ak ji&#x17E; za&#x10D;alo uva&#x17E;ovat o mnohem rozs&#xE1;hlej&#x161;&#xED; modernizaci. Jako prvn&#xED; byla k t&#xE9;to modernizaci p&#x159;istavena posledn&#xED; vyroben&#xE1; lokomotiva 150.027. Dal&#x161;&#xED; proveden&#xE9; &#xFA;pravy spo&#x10D;&#xED;valy ve zm&#x11B;n&#x11B; p&#x159;evodov&#xE9;ho pom&#x11B;ru, dosazen&#xED; tlumi&#x10D;&#x16F; vrtiv&#xFD;ch pohyb&#x16F;, bezpe&#x10D;nostn&#xED;ch skel, n&#xE1;hrad&#x11B; p&#x16F;vodn&#xED;ch dvou kompresor&#x16F; jedn&#xED;m nov&#xFD;m, v&#xFD;m&#x11B;n&#x11B; bateri&#xED;, dosazen&#xED; kovokeramick&#xFD;ch brzdn&#xFD;ch desti&#x10D;ek a proveden&#xED; dal&#x161;&#xED;ch modifikac&#xED;. Modernizace prob&#xED;haly do roku 2002 ve &#x160;kod&#x11B; a &#x10C;M&#x17D;O (&#x10C;eskomoravsk&#xE1; &#x17E;elezni&#x10D;n&#xED; opravna s.r.o. P&#x159;erov), celkem bylo takto upraveno 13 lokomotiv. Dne 8. srpna 2008 byla p&#x159;i ne&#x161;t&#x11B;st&#xED; ve Stud&#xE9;nce zni&#x10D;ena lokomotiva 151.018 a rozsah po&#x161;kozen&#xED; ji&#x17E; nedovolil stroj vr&#xE1;tit do provozu. Proto bylo n&#xE1;sledn&#x11B; rozhodnuto o dopln&#x11B;n&#xED; parku &#x159;ady 151 modernizac&#xED; stroje 150.023 za vyu&#x17E;it&#xED; n&#x11B;kter&#xFD;ch d&#xED;l&#x16F; ze zni&#x10D;en&#xE9; lokomotivy.</p><p></p><p><strong>Provoz:</strong></p><p>Lokomotivy &#x159;ady 151 byly d&#xED;ky sv&#xE9; maxim&#xE1;ln&#xED; rychlosti 160 km/h vyu&#x17E;&#xED;v&#xE1;ny p&#x159;edev&#x161;&#xED;m pro dopravu presti&#x17E;n&#xED;ch d&#xE1;lkov&#xFD;ch vlak&#x16F; spojuj&#xED;c&#xED;ch Prahu s v&#xFD;chodem &#x10C;eska. Jejich hlavn&#xED;m p&#x16F;sobi&#x161;t&#x11B;m byly vlaky kategori&#xED; Ex, IC a EC mezi Prahou, Ostravou a &#x17D;ilinou. N&#x11B;kter&#xE9; zaj&#xED;&#x17E;d&#x11B;ly i do Otrokovic &#x10D;i Vset&#xED;na. Bylo je mo&#x17E;n&#xE9; spat&#x159;it i v Opav&#x11B;, kam od &#x10D;ervna 2015 vozily vlaky IC Opava (od prosince 2019 Opavan) a od prosince 2015 i posilov&#xFD; vlak IC Vladislav Van&#x10D;ura. Dopl&#x148;kov&#xFD;m v&#xFD;konem byla doprava chebsk&#xFD;ch rychl&#xED;k&#x16F; v &#xFA;seku do &#xDA;st&#xED; nad Labem, odkud tyto vlaky pokra&#x10D;ovaly se stroji &#x159;ad 362 nebo 363. S p&#x159;&#xED;chodem J&#x158; 2021/2022 byla &#x159;ada 151 na rameni Praha - &#xDA;st&#xED; nad Labem vyst&#x159;&#xED;d&#xE1;na &#x159;adou 371. V&#x161;e je financov&#xE1;no z norsk&#xFD;ch program&#x16F;, zejm&#xE9;na Kappa. V&#xFD;zkumn&#xED;ci projektu maj&#xED; za &#xFA;kol prov&#x11B;&#x159;it, jestli je mo&#x17E;n&#xE9; provozovat vod&#xED;kovou energii na celkem &#x161;estn&#xE1;cti trat&#xED;. V r&#xE1;mci technicko-ekonomick&#xE9; anal&#xFD;zy maj&#xED; porovnat, zda by vod&#xED;kov&#xFD; pohon byl technick&#xFD;m, ekonomick&#xFD;m a environment&#xE1;ln&#xED;m &#x159;e&#x161;en&#xED;m oproti jin&#xFD;m druh&#x16F;m pohonu. Syst&#xE9;m ETCS zabezpe&#x10D;uje trat&#x11B; po cel&#xE9; Evrop&#x11B; a tak nen&#xED; probl&#xE9;m dostat se vlakem z &#x10C;eska do Rakouska.</p><h2 id="jak-etcs-funguje">Jak ETCS funguje? </h2><p>Radioblokov&#xE1; centr&#xE1;la (RBC) a Eurobal&#xED;zy ve druh&#xE9; aplika&#x10D;n&#xED; &#xFA;rovni tvo&#x159;&#xED; tra&#x165;ovou &#x10D;&#xE1;st ETCS. RBC sleduje jednotliv&#xE9; vlaky a komunikuje s nimi. Zn&#xE1; pozici, sm&#x11B;r j&#xED;zdy a rychlost vlak&#x16F; a vyhrazuje pro jejich dal&#x161;&#xED; j&#xED;zdu voln&#xFD;, bezpe&#x10D;n&#xFD; prostor. Sleduje, zda strojvedouc&#xED; vlaku dodr&#x17E;uje rychlost j&#xED;zdy a reaguje spr&#xE1;vn&#x11B; na situaci na trati. Um&#xED; zastavit vlak p&#x159;ed n&#xE1;v&#x11B;st&#xED; St&#x16F;j nebo p&#x159;i indispozici strojvedouc&#xED;ho. Aby syst&#xE9;m dob&#x159;e fungoval, mus&#xED; se postupn&#x11B; vybavit infrastruktura i vozidla v&#x161;ech dopravc&#x16F;, kte&#x159;&#xED; budou cht&#xED;t na takov&#xE9; trati jet.</p><p>Existuje i jednodu&#x161;&#x161;&#xED; proveden&#xED; tra&#x165;ov&#xE9; &#x10D;&#xE1;sti ETCS (prvn&#xED; aplika&#x10D;n&#xED; &#xFA;rove&#x148;), kter&#xE9; nevy&#x17E;aduje r&#xE1;diov&#xFD; syst&#xE9;m GSM-R pro komunikaci s vlaky a hod&#xED; se zejm&#xE9;na na m&#xE9;n&#x11B; zat&#xED;&#x17E;en&#xE9; trat&#x11B;.</p><figure class="kg-card kg-embed-card"><iframe width="200" height="113" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/iaJ0Q4a7F9s?start=1&amp;feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe></figure><p></p><h2 id="pro%C4%8D-etcs">Pro&#x10D; ETCS?</h2><p></p><p><strong>Pro&#x10D; nesta&#x10D;&#xED; star&#xE9; syst&#xE9;my?</strong></p><p>1) Nejsou schopny dos&#xE1;hnout dal&#x161;&#xED;ho zv&#xFD;&#x161;en&#xED; bezpe&#x10D;nosti jako ETCS</p><p>2) Jsou v&#x11B;t&#x161;inou technicky i mor&#xE1;ln&#x11B; zastaral&#xE9;</p><p>3) Nezaji&#x161;&#x165;uj&#xED; jednotnost &#x17E;eleznice v Evrop&#x11B; (<em>tzv. interoperabilitu)</em></p><p><strong>Pro&#x10D; zrovna ETCS?</strong></p><p>1) Tento syst&#xE9;m a postup v jeho budov&#xE1;n&#xED; byly zakotveny v pr&#xE1;vn&#xED;ch p&#x159;edpisech EU, kter&#xE9; jsou z&#xE1;vazn&#xE9; pro v&#x161;echny &#x10D;lensk&#xE9; st&#xE1;ty EU, tedy i &#x10C;R.</p><p>2) Na z&#xE1;klad&#x11B; uveden&#xFD;ch p&#x159;edpis&#x16F; jsou definov&#xE1;ny c&#xED;le a tak&#xE9; z&#xE1;vazn&#xE9; term&#xED;ny vybudov&#xE1;n&#xED; ETCS na vybran&#xFD;ch trat&#xED;ch, kter&#xE9; mus&#xED; &#x10D;lensk&#xE9; st&#xE1;ty respektovat a pl&#xE1;novat podle nich svoje projekty a dal&#x161;&#xED; moderniza&#x10D;n&#xED; aktivity na &#x17E;eleznici.</p><p>3) V prvn&#xED; etap&#x11B; se jedn&#xE1; p&#x159;edev&#x161;&#xED;m o vybaven&#xED; trat&#xED;, kter&#xE9; jsou sou&#x10D;&#xE1;st&#xED; transevropsk&#xE9; s&#xED;t&#x11B; TEN-T a tvo&#x159;&#xED; &#xFA;seky evropsk&#xFD;ch n&#xE1;kladn&#xED;ch koridor&#x16F;.</p><p>4) Z&#xE1;kladn&#xED;m dokumentem, kter&#xFD; se zab&#xFD;v&#xE1; konkr&#xE9;tn&#xED;mi po&#x17E;adavky a term&#xED;ny implementace ETCS na &#x17E;elezni&#x10D;n&#xED; s&#xED;ti &#x10C;R, je N&#xE1;rodn&#xED; implementa&#x10D;n&#xED; pl&#xE1;n ERTMS.</p><p>5) Syst&#xE9;m ETCS je v pravideln&#xE9;m provozu na &#x159;ad&#x11B; trat&#xED; a vozidlech v EU, na dal&#x161;&#xED;ch se postupn&#x11B; buduje.</p><p>6) P&#x159;esto&#x17E;e se &#x10C;R k nasazov&#xE1;n&#xED; ETCS na sv&#xFD;ch trat&#xED;ch a nahrazen&#xED; n&#xE1;rodn&#xED;ho syst&#xE9;mu vlakov&#xE9;ho zabezpe&#x10D;ova&#x10D;e definitivn&#x11B; zav&#xE1;zala vstupem do EU, ve skute&#x10D;nosti bylo techniky a odborn&#xFD;mi kapacitami v &#x17E;elezni&#x10D;n&#xED;m sektoru po&#x17E;adov&#xE1;no nasazen&#xED; tohoto modern&#xED;ho zabezpe&#x10D;ovac&#xED;ho syst&#xE9;mu ji&#x17E; na p&#x159;elomu tis&#xED;cilet&#xED;, tedy je&#x161;t&#x11B; p&#x159;ed vstupem do EU.</p><p><strong>Jak postupujeme p&#x159;i v&#xFD;stavb&#x11B; syst&#xE9;mu ETCS, oproti jin&#xFD;m st&#xE1;t&#x16F;m?</strong></p><p>Syst&#xE9;m ETCS se na na&#x161;&#xED; infrastruktu&#x159;e buduje velmi rychle. Je v&#x161;ak t&#x159;eba, aby se za&#x10D;ali intenzivn&#x11B; p&#x159;ipravovat i dopravci. N&#xE1;rodn&#xED; implementa&#x10D;n&#xED; pl&#xE1;n po&#x10D;&#xED;t&#xE1; s t&#xED;m, &#x17E;e od 1. 1. 2025 nebudou na na&#x161;e koridorov&#xE9; trat&#x11B; vpu&#x161;t&#x11B;ny vlaky nevybaven&#xE9; ETCS. V n&#x11B;kter&#xFD;ch zem&#xED;ch je tento term&#xED;n daleko pozd&#x11B;j&#x161;&#xED; &#x2013; nap&#x159;&#xED;klad v sousedn&#xED;m N&#x11B;mecku. Na druh&#xE9; stran&#x11B; v &#x159;ad&#x11B; zem&#xED;, t&#x159;eba Lucembursku, &#x160;v&#xFD;carsku, It&#xE1;lii nebo Rakousku, ji&#x17E; dnes existuj&#xED; trat&#x11B;, kam nesm&#xED; vjet vozidlo nevybaven&#xE9; ETCS.
